Club Updates

By Colleen Cave

What’s Class of 2026 Been Up To?

The Class of 2026 had a busy and entertaining quarter with weekly meetings of over 30 members. The group participated in December’s Tiger Time with candy grams and Polaroid with holiday characters. You may have seen the two club advisors, Ms. Gilmartin and Ms. Marchetti, dressed up as a snowman and a Christmas tree.

The candy grams are set to return in February, but this time it will be for friends on Valentine’s Day. So, keep an eye out for those and show some love for the Class of 2026 by getting involved!

Key Club’s Work in Quarter 2

Key Club has had a productive quarter packed with community service. For the past few weeks, club members have been writing heartfelt and encouraging notes for the families staying in the Ronald McDonald House, an organization that provides affordable housing to keep families close to their children fighting cancer. These notes will be packaged in goodie bags the weekend of February 2nd and delivered to the families.

Key Club is also celebrating Valentine’s Day with carnation sales which can be bought until the first two weeks of February. The flowers will be delivered to students on February 14th during periods 1 and 2. So be sure to show someone you care with a sweet note and a pretty flower!
