Sometimes things occur when you least expect them. As luck would have it, the New York Giants beat the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. It seems Odell Beckham Jr. was right with his 9-7 prediction. The Giant's star receiver confidently said that the team will win the rest of their games to advance to the playoffs.
This was an important win, as it gave the team a boost of pride and hope—something that they definitely lacked last season.
Eli Manning had a great game with three touch downs and zero interceptions. However, Odell Beckham Jr. was obviously the star of the game. He caught two touchdown passes and made 73 yards.
The 27-23 score was close, but a win is a win, and that’s the mindset of this feisty New York football team right now. Can the Giants now go ahead and take it a step further by defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday? We'll just have to wait and see!📷📷
